Hello fellow hoopers (and hoop troupes),
I'm posting this performer solicitation on behalf of my employer. It's an unpaid gig, but you can market yourself all you want and have fun after your performance, mingling with marijuana legalizers at the Playboy Mansion!
-------------------------
Want to attend a party at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles for free? The Marijuana Policy Project (MPP), the largest marijuana policy reform organization in the United States, is soliciting the volunteer participation of performers to provide glow/LED dance performances at its 4th annual party at the Playboy Mansion on June 4 (specifically, MPP is looking for performers that have experience in fire and/or LED/black light performances). Volunteers would be asked to perform for up to an hour during the event, and in exchange will be able to enjoy the remaining three hours of the party. Performers should be insured and fire performers should adhere to NAFAA safety standards (please visit www.nafaa.org for more information). All interested performers should be able to submit links to online video demos or past performances. If you or your performance troupe are interested in performing, please submit your resume, contact information and sample videos to MPP's Sara Cannon at SCannon@mpp.org. Thank you for your interest! These performances will be an integral part of an unforgettable event, which will help further our progress toward ending marijuana prohibition.
